I also provide aggressive representation for undocumented immigrants that are subject to removal proceedings, and are detained with or without a bond by the Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.

I am admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern District of New York, as well as the District of New Jersey, and I have experience representing clients charged with Federal Immigration Crimes. This also allows me to assist immigrants file an appeal against an unfavorable decision of USCIS or an immigration court.
